The problem
A university campus runs on a handful of small logistics questions every day: where is this building, is a washing machine actually free right now, when is the next bus, what is on tonight. None of it lived in one place, and the answers that mattered most changed by the hour.
What we built
RHUL Mobile is the everyday campus app: a real walking-directions map of every building that works offline, live laundry-machine availability per hall, live bus times for both campus routes, societies, events, a student marketplace, and a noticeboard. We also built a self-serve advertising dashboard so local businesses can reach students directly, which pays for the app.
What we run
We built the app and we keep it running: the live data feeds, the notifications students actually read, and the partner side that funds it. Live on the App Store and Google Play, rated 5.0.
